The purpose of this site is to allow registered users to gain access to real estate professionals and data. To gain access, you must submit certain personal information. This information will be used by the licensee’s of the site to assist you in the real estate buying & selling process. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You further agree that in order to comply with your use of the site an agent or employee of Advantage Realtors may contact or cause you to be contacted by a representative or an affiliate partner through the means of mail, phone call, text message, email, voice blast, smoke signal or any other awesome form of communication that may arise now or in the future.

By Registering to Access and Use our sites MLS Data, you Agree to these Terms Of Use.

NOTE: If you are not planning on buying or selling a home, please do not use our MLS software. If you are planning on buying or selling, but are working with another Agent or Broker, or plan to Represent Yourself, please do not use our MLS software.  If you presently do not intend and agree to use Advantage Realtors as your Agent/Broker as applicable, please do not use our MLS software.

If the above is true, it would be well worth your while to take a few minutes to learn about the unmatched services and advantages we can provide to you over the usual and customary services of ordinary agent/generalists. That information might change your mind! After all – picking the best expert you can find early in the process is an important first step, and will bring you more benefits than looking at homes online. As an expert in using MLS software, and an Atlanta market expert, I can help you obtain more accurate, targeted, and relevant home search results.

Our Software and MLS Listing Data is maintained at significant cost and therefore it is provided exclusively for existing clients and website visitors who intend to become clients in the future. Our Software and Data is not a free service for the general public. We welcome and appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

Your Pledges As A User

  1. I assert that I am a bona fide buyer or seller of real estate – I am not using the Software simply to conduct research for some other purpose, or for fun or recreation;
  2. I agree to provide my real first and last name, and my phone number when registering on the Software, or as requested by Advantage Realtors, and to update this info upon request by Advantage Realtors;
  3. I have not signed any designated agency agreement with any real estate broker or agent that would prevent me from becoming a client of Advantage Realtors or Robert Whitfield;
  4. I agree that I will not contact the seller of any property introduced to me by this web-site, nor will I attempt to view a property or speak with an owner of a property introduced to me by this site unless through an appointment set by the agent or broker representing Advantage Realtors – Robert Whitfield;
  5. I acknowledge that when physical home tours (property showings) commence, I will be requested to become a client of Advantage Realtors – Robert Whitfield in writing. I will achieve client status by signing an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement;
  6. I agree that Advantage Realtors – Robert Whitfield may represent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase properties that may meet my criteria;
  7. It is agreed that all personal information supplied to Advantage Realtors – Robert Whitfield will not be sold or used for any other purpose than helping you to find a home or home to purchase or build.
  8. I agree Advantage Realtors will contact me infrequently to assist me in my home search efforts and to provide experienced help in using the Software. I agree to respond to contacts from Advantage Realtors, and understand failure to respond to Advantage Realtors is a violation of these Terms of Use;
  9. This Agreement will commence upon my acceptance of it by Registering to use the software and selecting the ‘Search’ button and it will expire upon my request or in 6 months, whichever comes first. I can extend the term of this Agreement without loss of service by renewing this Terms of Use Agreement prior to its expiration;
  10. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all rights Advantage Realtors may have under this Software Terms of Use Agreement to seek a commission, for registered Users acquisition of data to discover and view properties in the Software, shall survive Expiration, or Termination of this Agreement, whether Termination is by User request, or by Advantage Realtors sending a Termination Notice to User for violation of this Agreement and these Terms of Use.
  11. Our failure to exercise our legal rights under these Terms of Use, shall not be deemed a waiver, or in any way limit our rights to exercise our legal rights to enforce these Terms of Use in the future.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

By your use of this website and/or MLS IDX Software, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to abide by this Agreement and documents it incorporates through reference; furthermore, you intend to form a legally binding contract by utilizing or viewing this site and software. A printout of this Agreement and the documents it incorporates by reference will constitute a “writing” under any applicable law or regulation.
